We participate* with most major insurance companies including:

  • Independence Blue Cross (Keystone, Personal Choice)

We are happy to be a Main Line Health (MLH) affiliated practice. If you are a MLH employee, you will receive the lowest out-of-pocket cost when you choose our office.

 

Weiser & Associates does not participate with any medical assistance (Medicaid) programs.  These plans include, but are not limited to, Aetna Better Health, Health Partners, Keystone First, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, and the PA Access Card.

Our office DOES participate with the Pennsylvania CHIP program through Keystone Health Plan East.  If you have a child under 18 years old that is uninsured, CHIP provides free and low cost insurance.  Please visit their website for more information by clicking here.

The following is a list of administrative fees that our office uses:

  • Missed Appointments: $20.00 if not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance 

  • School/Camp Forms:  $5.00 per form

  • Record Transfers: $20.00 per record

  • Returned Check: $20.00

  • Billing Late Fee: $10.00 

  • Sunday/Holiday Visit:  $35.00

  • Driver's License Form:  $20.00*  

            *Your new driver is required by the Department of Motor Vehicles to sign the driver's                license permit form in the presence of a physician.  Our doctors will perform a                          quick exam and discuss issues in regards to teens and driving.  The office charges                  $20.00 for this visit.  An appointment is required.
