Wondering what to do if you/your child has been exposed or has possible symptoms?

My child has been exposed to a confirmed case of
COVID -19 and IS showing symptoms
My child has been exposed to a confirmed case of
COVID -19 and is NOT showing any symptoms
My child has NOT been exposed to a confirmed case of COVID-19 but is not feeling well
Per CDC guidelines, your child should quarantine for 14 days from the exposure, regardless of testing or results
After the televisit, the doctor will instruct you to come to our parking lot for a
self-administered test
OR
My child has at least ONE of these:

Cough
-
Shortness of breath
-
New loss of taste (without congestion)
-
New loss of smell (without congestion)
My child has at least TWO of these:
-
Fever
-
Chills
-
Headache
-
Muscle pain
-
Sore throat
-
Runny nose
-
Congestion
-
Nausea
-
Vomiting
-
Diarrhea
OR
OR
OR
After the televisit, the doctor will instruct you to come to our parking lot for a
self-administered test
The doctor will determine if COVID or other testing is appropriate.
Call the office for an appointment for a visit in our separate office space in the lobby.
