Madeleine Weiser M.D., FAAP

     Dr. Weiser, well known to most as Dr. Maddy, has been a practicing pediatrician for over 25 years.  She attended the University of Pennsylvania for her undergraduate studies.  She completed her medical schooling at MCP Hahnemann University School of Medicine in 1978.  She concluded her internship and residency at The Cooper Medical Center in Camden, New Jersey.  Dr. Weiser's career began in 1982 when she was the Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the Cooper Medical Center.  She went into private practice in 1985 where she has successfully built a flourishing practice which began in Havertown, Pennsylvania. 

     Dr. Maddy is married with three children.  She and her husband have devoted their lives to children in many different ways.  They run an overnight camp for boys and girls in Schwenksville, Pennsylvania called Camp Kweebec.  

     Dr. Weiser's special interests are diabetes, nutrition and ADHD.

 Teuta Henci M.D., FAAP

     Dr. Teuta Henci joined our practice in January 2009.  She received her medical degree from MCP Hahnemann School of Medicine in May 2002.  She completed her post graduate training and residency at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where she was a colleague of Dr. Jenn Teng.  She has been an urgent care emergency room physician at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children for the past three years.  Dr. Henci is looking forward to developing lasting relationships with our patients so that she can provide continuity in their care.

     Dr. Teuta is married with three young children.  She enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.  She lives in Wynnewood and is looking forward to caring for our local families.  She is fluent in Albanian and is proficient in Spanish. 

Alisa Hoffman M.D., FAAP

     Dr. Alisa Hoffman attended the George Washington University where she earned both her Bachelor of Science and medical degrees. She returned to the Philadelphia area for her residency in Pediatrics at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children.  She joined Weiser & Associates directly after residency in 1996. Dr. Hoffman relocated to Alabama in 1998 where she became an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Director of the Clinic for Children with Special Needs at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. In addition, she directed the University of Alabama’s clinic for children with Down Syndrome.  Dr. Hoffman returned to Philadelphia in 2006 as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children where she was an Associate Director of the Center for Children with Special Health Care Needs.

     Dr. Hoffman is board certified in both General Pediatrics and Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics. In addition to caring for the whole child, her interests include ADHD, Down Syndrome, and children with special health care needs.

     Dr. Hoffman is delighted to return to Weiser & Associates in September 2010. She resides in Narberth with her two daughters. In their spare time they like to garden, run, ski, bike, swim, and read.

Dominique R. Bailey M.D., FAAP

     Dr. Dominique "Nikki" Bailey joined our practice in November 2011.  She completed her undergraduate work at Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.  She attended the University of Guadalajara where she earned her medical degree.  Dr. Bailey also received a medical certificate from New York Medical College.  Her residency was at UMDNJ (Rutgers) in New Brunswick, NJ.  Dr. Nikki has received multiple awards during her residency including election to Alpha Omega Alpha, the physician's honor society.  She has been board certified in pediatrics since 1989.

     Dr. Bailey was born and raised in Easton, Pennsylvania with a large, close knit family that boasts 7 siblings!  She is the mother of two adult sons, Joshua and Iain, who are the joys of her life.  Dr. Nikki is completely engaged with her patients and their parents, always willing to listen to concerns and answer any questions.  She is very excited to join Weiser & Associates and looks forward to caring for our loyal families.
