***By Appointment Only, no Walk-Ins Please***

For our office to better assist you, please call for sick appointments beginning at 9:00 am.  For general questions and well child appointments, please call after 10:00 am.

(Please note that these office hours may vary due to holidays or changes in the doctors schedules.  The times listed below are hours that are available for appointments but do not necessarily coincide with our phone service being available.  Please check with the office for further information.)

The office is closed daily for lunch from 12:30 pm-1:30 pm, with the exception of Friday when we close between 12:00 pm-1:00 pm.

Monday:       8:15 am - 7:00 pm

Tuesday:      9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Wednesday: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm

Thursday:     8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Friday:          8:15 am - 4:00 pm

Saturday:     Urgent sick visits only available beginning at 9:00 am

Sunday:        Office closed, physician on- call

NOTE:  Our physicians are on call when the office is closed for medical related questions.   Please call (610) 896-8009 and our answering service will contact the physician that is listed for that day.  Please call the office during regular hours for any general questions. 

Phone Options

Option 2:  Referral Line

     Required Information:  Child's name, date of birth, name of insurance company, insurance ID number, name, provider number, phone and fax number of doctor being referred to, reason (diagnosis) for visit, any special procedures being performed, a contact phone number for patient

Option 4:  Prescription Refill Line  (Allow 48 hours to process)

     Required Information:  Child's full name, date of birth, name of prescription, dosage and directions, and if you require more than one refill. 

     Options to receive your prescription are:  call into pharmacy (please leave pharmacy name and phone number), mailed home (please leave name and address information) or picked up in the office.

Please keep in mind that controlled substances (ex. Adderall, Ritalin, Focalin, etc) cannot be called into the pharmacy.

Option 5:  Reception desk (only available during regular office hours, see above)

Financial

We are currently accepting new patients from birth through 21 years of age.  We are part of the JeffPlus network and are affiliated with the Main Line Hospitals (Lankenau, Bryn Mawr & Paoli).  We participate with most major insurance companies including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Keystone, Personal Choice, Amerihealth, United Healthcare, PHCS and others.  Please call your insurance provider to check our participation. 

Weiser & Associates does not participate with any medical assistance (Medicaid) programs.  These plans include, but are not limited to, Americhoice, Keystone Mercy, Health Partners and the PA Access Card.

Our office DOES participate with the Pennsylvania CHIP program.  If you have a child under 18 years old that is uninsured, CHIP provides free and low cost insurance.  Please visit their website for more information by clicking here.

Administrative Fees

Please see the following list of administrative fees that our office uses to expedite your needs:

Missed Appointments: $20.00 if not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance 

School/Camp Forms:  $5.00 per form

Record Transfers:  $20.00 per record

Driver's License Form:  $20.00*

    If the applicant has not had a physical within 6 months, we are required by law to perform a brief evaluation of your child.  The office charges $20.00 for this visit due to many insurance companies only allowing one well visit per year. 

   *There is no fee if your child has had a physical within the last 6 months. He/she must be present to sign the form in the presence of a physician.  This is required by the Department of Motor Vehicles. 

Returned Check: $12.00

Billing Late Fee:  $10.00

Sunday/Holiday Office Visit:  $35.00
