• Please visit the immunizations page to read a new article showing that the study linking the MMR vaccine to Autism was a fraud. 
• We have updated our financial policy to include a $20 service charge for missed appointments (No Show).
• Medical Form:  Please make sure that you include your child's allergy and medical information on their camp/school forms before submitting to the office.  There is also a $5 fee for completion of your forms.  Thank you.
